Stand: a mobility-informed virtual workshop for cupid

The “no hands” version of the Cupid involves a lot of hamstring engagement and strength as well as proper alignment from your hips to your feet to effectively “stand up” in this move. We’ll break down the lower body mobility and core stability we need for the Cupid before attempting. You’ll need two blocks and if you want to attempt the Cupid, you’ll also need a pole.
